Today I will be expressing my product reviews on the LUSH cosmetics vegan hand made fresh skin care regimen that is available all over the US. Then she gave me a toner on my face! which smelled like roses and lavenders, it was like a garden of heavenly smelled products lol. But yea my skin immediately felt sooooo soft as if a baby. Then she gave me a moisturizer for my face which is non greasy to lock everything in. When she was done my face looked amazingly CLEAN! There was instant freshness and thoughts i cant even explain.

I also bought a ocean salt exfoliating body cleanse which is highly recommended for your body!

LUSH cosmetics are cruelty free, vegeterian halal, and are perfect for all skin types! they have amazing face masks even chocolate face masks! body smoothies, bath soap, organic toothpaste and so many more things.

I definately recommend to everyone that wants to achieve professional results with alocohol free items. Remember skincare is an INVESMENT. But its worth it with LUSH cosmetics!

I am so happy that I am going to share this discovery of mine with you. Alot of my clients and friends have problems with their loose powders and pigments because theres fall out all over. Luckily my recent discovery isnt expensive at all but works wonders for all types of makeup! It works better for eye shadows, foundations both liquid or powder, and pigments.

This amazing product is call Duraline by inglot cosmetics. I took a trip to my local inglot cosmetics studio and was dazzled when i discovered the vibrancy it added to my pigments and foundations. Duraline is a water like pigment that comes in a hlass jar with a dropper. All u need is a drop! and poof, it adds vibrancy presicion and an amazing effect to makeup and pigments.

The following pics are step by step of how to create a luscious and lusterous pigment eyeshadow that u can use for a eyeliner as well. For this you meed a brush some pigment or scrape ur eyeshadow on to a plate, add a droplet of duraline and mix to firm a mixture. Use this mixture on eyes with an eyeshadow brush for color that wont fall out. You can perfom the same for liquid foundations to make them more sheer and natural looking. You can use it for powder loose foundations as well to amplify its life and pigmentation. The duraline costs $9.00 ! amazing price for something so valuble!

Ok! Hands on, this is the best switch I ever made ! My family and friends know im a makeup freeek! literally. But lately MAC makeup (which is my most ever used my favorite makeup line) has been getting boring. I love changes, and felt that it was time to discover something new. So i went on over to tartecosmetics.com to check out the recent youtube hype about their Clay Foundation 12Hr.

After seeing all the reviews, and reading the about us section of the site; which indicates thats this makeup is like wearing skin care. It contains numerous beneficial ingredients for sensitive and acne prone skin to normal skin. Tarte cosmetics claims Antioxidents, minerals, and high power vitamin C seeing the big C made me want to try the products out.

I went on over to the tarte counter and had a representstive do my face and left to see how the makeup would run throughout the day. She used the 12 hr tarte concealer which literally glided on my skin with no need of constant buffing, and 12 hr clay foundation which blended without any effort at all. She topped off the face with the Park Ave bronzer. Best of all i didnt have to sit there for half an hour. It literally took her 10 mins!

I loved how long the foundation lasted, and after a long tiring day of running errands I found the perfect foundation for me!

Tarte gives you a smooth airbrush flawless finish, full coverage, and its not too heavy on the skin! There was little to no blending just a few swirls and we were done. When i took it off of my face, i was amazed by the glow on my face and the feeling which was really soft. I forgot to mention she used a cold pressed pure maracuja oil which is not oily it just packs vitamin c on the skin for maximum brightness and luminosity instantly.

All in all, Tarte is a must buy brand for thise looking for a flawless natural finish with full coverage because it really covered up acne scars and blemishes!

Today i want to share my experiences with you all regarding this oil that is retailed in the market and is designed to get rid of strech marks and heal them from within. The oil was specifically designed for pregnant women that would use this from the listed time period and discover their heavy duty strech marks start to fade miraculously.

Though Im not pregnant, I still have strech marks of different types on various parts of my body that maybe we can all relate to. Most strech marks of mine appeared on my upper chest area, shoulders, biceps, lower abdomen, and the thighs. So i did some reasearch on Bio Oil which is the name of the strech mark oil that i mentioned earlier.

Then i went ahead and bought a bigger bottle to finish up my scars. In about three months I am very happy to announce that my skin has never felt or looked this amazing before. My strech marks are gone COMPLETELY!

tinted or high pigment all natural lip balm! in two minutes

Today im going to give you a step by step tutorial on how to make your very own tinted lip balm from the comfort of your home. This lip balm is amazingly moisturizing and good for your skin and adds a bit of pigments to your lips. It only takes a few minutes to make and its safe because there are no uses of chemicals at all. Lets get started!

What youll need:

-vaseline about 3ml or just a tiny scoop equivelent to 2/3 of a teaspoon. you can even substitute cocnut oil (melted).
– small tester plastic jar. Usually you can get them from sephora or 99 cent stores.
– small spatula or tweezers to mix with. Ofcourse sanitize them.
– pigment of choice or any damaged blush any sort of desired color cosmetic powder form. youll need about the same amount if light colored or you can mix however stronger you want it to be pigment wise.
– plastic bag small

– sissors

step one: In a jar scoop out vaseline or add coconut oil thats melted and set aside.

step two: take your most favorite pigment or blush and scrape it or add it in the plastic bag close to the corner and crush it completely using finger nails to avoid any clumping.

step three: cut the bottom pointy portion of the plastic bag to begin collecting the crushed color powder to the jar.

step four: use your pair of tweezers or spatula to mix the two ingredients together. If color is too light repeat steps two and three. If you used coconut oil, after mixing wait for the coconut oil to start forming into a paste like mixture like that of a lip balm.

and viola!

I came back from a party yesterday with loads of makeup on my eyes and face. To my bad luck, I discovered that I had ran out of my makeup removing towelettes. I was skeptical at first but then what the heck, i washed my face with a Dove unscented soap bar. Let me go on and explain that it is the most inexpensive and healthy way to clean your skin and remove makeup instantly without much rubbing!

Its like hitting two birds with one stone ;).

MAC Studio Sculpt & MAC Blush a perfect combo :)

Okay so I have been using these amazing two products for like forever! Let me tell you that a lot of people do not like MAC makeup. I have no idea why? well, I am in love with MAC cosmetics and never received any problems with them.

So for this blog, I am writing my review and my thoughts and a basic routine on how you can use the MAC studio Sculpt foundation and the MAC creme blush to create a wonderful natural or cakey look. I personally use the MAC studio sculpt foundation for heavy looks because i love the way it cakes up when i use a lot. You can however make it look natural of course by using much less of the product!

This foundation by the way, has full coverage. Therefore, its good for everyone that has minor/ major imperfections on their face.  I do suggest going in to a MAC official store instead of the counter at Macy’s  to get matched up with the correct foundation shade. You might want to mention if your wanting to go for a slightly darker finish or a lighter finish or an even natural finish. I say this because many of my friends and clients complained to me that they were not matched right.  Same thing with the blush. I would suggest to go for a more warmer blush color in the winter, it sort of warms up the face a bit. Try darker plums and mauves and bronze for the winter.  Try Lighter Blushes like baby pinks and light pinks for the spring and summer. You can even contour your face with the darker plum blushers! Ill explain contouring and all that other fun stuff in another  blog soon!

My basic routine is skipping my concealer! only because i don’t like it. I usually use a very good moisturizer all over my face and neck and wherever else my foundation will be applied. Then i use a beauty blender sponge a little damped up starting at the eyes with my MAC studio sculpt foundation and work my way to cover up all my eyes. Applying the foundation with a beauty blender while its damp is a good idea for people with dry skin. However, i use my fluff brush ( any company) to apply my foundation in a circular motion.

After my face is fully covered, I use my blush brush to brush on from the end of my sideburns to the insides of my cheekbones. Since my face a little bit chubby and i like to skip contouring for a basic routine, i normally go with dark plums or dark pinks. After thats done i use MAC or any other loose powder to mattify and hold my foundation down all over my face with a fluff foundation brush. It gives a beautiful airbrushed look! You can even use MAC Skinfinish for a light shimmer 😉 Using the powder also minimizes any imperfections around the face and lightens your face if your blush toned it down a bit.

I normally do my lips all the way at the end of the full makeup routine because i have a habit of licking my lips and taking the lipstick off.

 

note: this is just a basic base makeup routine … leave the powder part until after your done with your eye makeup. then dust powder in circular motions across the face and add bronzing to jawlines temples of the head and sides of the nose for a lightly contoured look ! totally optional!!! 😉

 

Chanel Le Volume, a must buy? or throw away? you decide!

So here i am writing about the Chanel Le Volume mascara, and boy this stuff is amazing!
i have thick and volumized lashes naturally, but when it comes to parties and formal gatherings i want to be flawless and show off my perfect lashes. Believe me ive tried alot of mascaras but they all seemed to clump my lashes and sort of scrunch then together so i wasnt fully satisfied.
Then i was told to try chanel le volume mascara. I was a bit skeptical at first that this might be the same as others. So i decided to go in to macys and go their counter and ask if i can try it out. I was sure glad that i had tried and saw the beautiful transformation of my lashes in to a light falsies effect. The mascara is very gentle as it seperates each lash and volumizes instantly. I noticed a huge difference and it looked like i had fake lashes on. so i went on and purchased this mascara and whenever i have it on everyone asks me if i have fake lashes on. Another thing i loved about it was the soft feeling after many coats. It doesnt clump or crush and it doesnt go all hard on my lashes. Instead, its soft to touch and a morcale in a bottle. I couldnt be more happier!
